Can I call you with a question?
We do not offer phone support at this time - please send us an e-mail with your question(s) and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.
It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
Can I change the size before it ships?
Our printers works quickly to process the orders and we may not be able to make changes. If you’d like a different size, we can cancel/refund your current order if it has not shipped yet and you may place a new one. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the phrase “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Additional fees and shipping costs may apply.
Can I change my shipping address?
We are not able to guarantee making changes once the order is placed. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to change it! Please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” to ask about changing your shipping address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a new e-mail with tracking information. If you do not receive an email with tracking information please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "tracking inquiry" in the subject line.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Customers are eligible to apply for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com with the subject line "Refund" or "Replacement". Additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as your order has not shipped, we can cancel your order! Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Cancel Order” and include your order number in the subject line.
Refunds are transferred back to the original form of payment and will generally be processed within 48-72 hours of cancellation notification.
